Refund Policy

Intermountain College of Natural Health (ICNH) adheres to a fair and equitable refund policy. This policy applies to students who withdraw from the professional curriculum and/or other allied health programs given by the University.

New applicants to Intermountain College of Natural Health (ICNH) requesting withdrawal within three days of payment of the matriculation fee or tuition shall receive a full refund of payments received with the exception of the application and matriculation fee.

All students must send a certified, written withdrawal letter, to the Chief Academic Officer. Refunds are disbursed within 30 days of the formal withdrawal date according to the schedule below (less any non-refundable charges):

Upon receiving written notice of intent to withdraw, ICNH will refund the withdrawing student an amount equal to the percentage of the initial tuition equal to the number of days left in the course, not including the day of notice

Note: For all refunds granted, there is a "refund processing fee" of $50.00
Application and Matriculation fees are non-refundable.
